Honor has been teasing the Android-based tablet on Flipkart. The device will be available online on Flipkart and is expected to launch during the upcoming Flipkart sale. From the specs, it seems to be a budget tablet. There are chances that the Honor tablet may be priced under Rs 25,000. The sub-Rs 25,000 segment has become one of the most crowded segments in India since the pandemic. The hybrid work culture and online learning has boosted the tablet sales in India. The market has also seen entry of new players including Xiaomi, Realme, TCL and Nokia.

Honor recently launched the Pad 8 Android tablet in China. The company is expected to bring the same variant to India. The tablet sports a metal body and comes with 8 speakers tuned by DTS audio. Honor Pad 8 comes with a 12-inch 2K display with 2000×1200 pixel resolution. The Android tablet is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset.
